A page dedicated to all those who've been curious as to the gear that Dan uses in his performances

	THE RED The Red is a 1962 Fender Strat, with the biggest frets I could find, and Graf Tech Saddles for string breakage. Other than that it's Stock! and is my number one Guitar. The biggest voice I've ever heard. I use this guitar for 90% of my shows.
	THE BEAST The Beast is a 1960 Fender Custom shop Relic, which I picked up in LA. It's loaded with Texas specials, Graf Tech Saddles, and fairly large frets. The Voice of Texas.
	THE YELLOW The Yellow is a Fender 57' Re-issue, with super high action for Slide Guitar. Only Glass slides are used.
	MY AMPS On the left hand side is a Re-issue 59' Fender Bassman loaded with "Blue Groove Tubes" for chewyness; otherwise Stock. On the right is a Fender Vibroking, absolutely Stock. I sometimes use them together at larger shows, but I tour with mainly the Bassman.
	EFFECTS I keep my effects down to these 2 pedals. A TS808 is the smoothest, most Ranchy Overdrive I've heard if that makes sense. It allows me to still hear the true voice of the Guitar. A Gold Vox Wah-wah pedal, for that side of things. I only use Fender Pro Cables, they give me the most true signal, worth every cent.
